Any Prospective Service User Will Be Assessed Before Admission, By The Registered Manager Or The Senior Carer In Charge. At The Time Of Assessment, Any Relevant Information Will Be Obtained From Other Health Care Professionals, Relatives And The Person Involved.
We believe that service users and their representatives must have the opportunity to experience the home before deciding to move in by visiting and staying for a trial period of 4 weeks as well as having to meet them in their own homes or current location whenever possible.
On admission, management works closely with the client and their relatives’ to ensure that the client adjusts and Barons Down becomes their home.
